TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MIND MAP METHOD (MMM) SERVICES

1. Services Offered: By engaging in our life coaching services, you agree to participate in virtual coaching sessions conducted via agreed-upon online platforms. These sessions may include one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and other services as outlined in the agreed-upon coaching plan.

2. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. The coach agrees not to disclose any personal information shared by the client unless required by law.

3. Payment and Fees: Clients agree to the payment terms outlined in the coaching agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of coaching services.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations: Clients are responsible for scheduling coaching sessions in advance. Cancellations must be made with at least 48 hours prior written notice by email. Missed appointments without proper notice may be subject to the full session fee.

5. Code of Conduct: Clients and the coach agree to maintain a professional and respectful relationship. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

6. Termination of Services: Either party has the right to terminate coaching services with reasonable notice of not less than 7 days prior to the next scheduled coaching session by written notice via email. Refunds for prepaid sessions will be provided on a prorated basis at the discretion of the coach.

7. Results and Guarantees: While the coach will make every effort to support the client in achieving their goals, no specific outcomes are guaranteed. Results depend on the client's commitment and effort in the coaching process.

8. Intellectual Property: All materials provided by the coach are for the client's personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without the coach's explicit written consent.

9. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the coaching services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
